المكتبة العلمية بالكلية

نبذة عن المكتبة الطبية 


تقوم المكتبة الطبية بدورا" مهما" بالكلية، يوجد مكتبة طبية علمية، ثقافية تتوفر فيها كتب علمية قيمة وتشمل كذلك كتب ثقافية وإسلامية وبالنسبة للكتب العلمية لجميع طلبة الطب البشري لسنوات المختلفة بالكلية، ويوجد بالمكتبة ما يقارب عن (2146) كتاب بين نسخ إنجليزية وعربية ومنهم (85) كتاب لم يتم تصنيفها جاءت في الفترة القريبة الماضية لهذه السنة 2022، كذلك التبرع بعدد من الكتب من قبل مواطن وكان عددها(64) كتاب طبيا" أغلبها كانت لطلبة طب بشري تريد التصنيف والفرز.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

ويتردد على المكتبة العديد من الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس من مختلف الأقسام، وتخضع المكتبة للائحة تنظيميه تبين كيفية نظام الإعارة، المطالعة داخل المكتبة حيث يكون نظام الإعارة بين إعارة داخلية وخارجية، وتقتصر الإعارة الخارجية على الطلاب النظاميين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين والفنيين والعاملين بالكلية.

لا يشمل في نظام الإعارة بإعارة المعاجم والمخطوطات والنسخ الواحدة والكتب المحجوزة وأقراص أجهزة الحاسوب خارج المكتبة الطبية يحدد في اللائحة عدد الكتب المسموح بإعارتها وكذلك المدة المحددة للإعارة وإذا تجاوز المستعير المدة المسموح بها فإنه يدفع غرامة تأخير عن كل يوم لا تتجاوز (500) درهم.
كما يوجد في اللائحة إجراءات تأديبية في حالة التلف أو العبث بمحتويات المكتبة أو سوء سلوك في التعامل مع الزملاء والعاملين.    
 
العاملون بالمكتبة:
هم رئيـس المكتبة وعدد 4 اربعة من المشرفين تكون مهمتهم تسهيل نظام الإعارة داخل وخارج المكتبة، وتصنيف الكتب وتنسيقها وإعادتها حسب المكان المحدد لها،
وتوفير الجو الملائم لرواد المكتبة، وتزويد الجامعة بقائمة الكتب المطلوب توفيرها في المكتبة والجدول الأتي يوضح أسماء العاملون ووظائفهم بالمكتبة:
